1. Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee or prepayment as required by the chosen rate policy.
  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT and applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Special offers, packages, and promotional rates may carry specific conditions.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and dates of your stay. Please review your booking confirmation for detailed terms.
  • In case of a no-show or late cancellation, charges may apply according to the reservation policy.
  • Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for refund or date changes.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: From 15:00
  • Check-out time: Until 11:00
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Children & Extra Guests

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Baby cots and extra beds are available upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
  • Charges for extra guests vary depending on room type and age.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat hotel property and staff with respect.
  • Avoid disturbances to other guests.
  • Take responsibility for any damage caused during their stay.
  • Comply with hotel rules regarding smoking, noise, and pool/water park safety.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor public areas and rooms (unless designated).

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed at the property.

7. Water Park & Facilities Use

  • Use of the water park and pools is free for all guests.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Guests must follow posted safety instructions and lifeguard guidance.
  • The hotel reserves the right to limit access to facilities during maintenance, weather interruptions, or for safety reasons.

8. Liability

  • The hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas.
  • Safety deposit boxes are available in all rooms.
  • Use of hotel facilities is at guests’ own risk.
  • The hotel is not liable for disruptions beyond its control, such as weather events or acts of force majeure.
